Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to the continental United States only.

Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 48 hours, or the next business day if placed on a weekend. An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order within a few minutes of submitting your order, so please save it for your records.

We will send you tracking information for each package shipped. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a link for you to track the shipment of your package.

Delivery Time

Your order usually arrives in the United States within 5-10 business days. Sometimes shipping times may vary slightly due to force majeure, (including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier clearance efficiency, etc.). If your order is delayed more than 5 days beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us for assistance.
